We work with newly formed, post-merger, ad hoc, and senior leadership teams in a retreat setting.  We also work professional service firm partners in small practice groups and large retreats.  In such settings, we create the conditions for individuals to build trust, give feedback, challenge limiting assumptions, and connect more deeply.  We help teams identify their core values, explore what drives them and work collaboratively to align their individual and team strengths with organizational objectives.  Team retreats are designed based on the needs of the group or organization and often focus on connection, communication, feedback, purpose and alignment.
